Some days you're the dog, some days you're the hydrant

Well the plan for the day was to get up, hit the early and get some errands done, then get back to bed. It also would have been a medium carb day from whenever I got up to about 5 when I was going to go back to bed, sleep still 10 then work 11-7 and go to class the next day which would have all been low carb. Here's what actually happened.

Woke up about 8, felt like hell.

Was gonna push through it and hit the gym and get shit done but after my bowl of oatmeal I was pretty sure I was gonna die. I don't get sick often so when I do it's a pretty big hit.

Went to the gym with KC (my fiance), for a whopping 12 minutes of cardio at 2 mph on an incline of 0. 2 sets of assisted dips w/ 100 pounds of assistance (the still felt heavy). 2 sets of DB curls with the 25's for 10. 3 sets of ab rollouts on the exercise balls for a grand total of 20 reps between the 3 sets. Called it good.

Went to WalMart, got our stuff, and headed home.

Lunch was 4 slices of Tombstone pepperoni pizza. By the time we got home my stomach was feeling better and after I finished my first 3 slices I was starving. Still head a pretty damn good headache though.

Slept from 1 to about 3. Laid in bed until 4 though.

Wandered around the house trying to decide what I should do. Popped some Aleve for my headache.

About 5 I felt pretty good (Other then a slight headache). Figured out that I hadn't had any caffeine in a couple days so I made a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee. Finished all that off with 2 scoops of NitroCore 24 and now I'm fine. Not sure if it was the caffeine or not but I think it was part of it. I haven't taken any supplements other than protein for 5 days and I guess I was kinda hooked on the caffeine.

Moral of the story- BE CAREFUL OVERUSING STIMULANTS. Nothing work with them but be sure to cycle them so you don't end up with that crap.

I'll be hitting the gym at 7
