BW: no idea
Diet: 100%. I'm going to rate how my diet went each day by percentages. Since it's pretty much the same macros each day this will be easier. The higher the percentages the better of course.
Incline Smith-
255 x 3
255 x 3 x .0333 +255 = 280 estimated 1RM
280 x .9 = 250 working max
Standing Neutral Grip DB Press-
15, 15, 10 (weak ass weight, gotta get stronger here)
Pullups-
BW x 10, 8, 6, 4 (getting better at these finally)
Conditioning- Done on indoor track at gym, might be 200 meters long
Jogged 2 laps, walked 1.5 laps x 3
I haven't jogged in forever so it kicked my ass. I'm going to work up to interval sprinting. Squats tomorrow!
