Bench/Shoulders/Lats

Diet: 100%

Incline Bench-
185 x 6 (actually got 8 but 2 reps didn't touch my chest)

Standing NG DB Press-
40 x 6
45 x 6
50 x 3

I suck horribly at these....

Pullups-
BW x 7
+30 x 4,3,2
BW x 8

20 minutes low intensity cardio

Tried out a set of band resisted dips after my cardio and they kicked ass. I looped the band around the pegs at the bottom of the machine and looped the band up around the back of my neck. Feels much different then with the weight around your waist. Wendler doesn't really advocate the use of band for this program but I'm gonna work these in because they're fun. Probably every other time I do dips.
