Diet Update

I feel great on the low carb style dieting so that's the route I'm going. I set my macro's up off of Myth and Legends keto diet q&a thread over at MD. Since I am lifting (4 days per week) plus doing a fair amount of HIIT each week (2-3 sessions) I'm doing a TKD with carbs postworkout. I'm starting with 50 grams and from there I will actually work my carb intake up throughout my prep.

I'm going to hold off my next refeed until the weekend of the 14th to really get the fat loss going.

The refeeds aren't going to be set amounts. I'll start small with 2-3 high carb meals throughout the day that are separated by protein only meals.

I got caught with my pants down yesterday and my diet got way fucked up because I wasn't prepared. I forgot I had to work the night shift at work so I literally just had my jug of water to take with me and that was it. I'm not going to list all of what I ate, but it wasn't diet food. Starting tomorrow I'm going to have at least 4-5 days worth of meals ready to go in the fridge/freezer so that all I have to do is throw them in the cooler and go.
