Gonna throw these out there for some low carb/healthy fat options for people who eat and diet like that.
La Tortilla Factor Tortillas- They have a low carb/low fat version with 18g carbs (12g fiber, 1g sugar) so you only have 6 grams of impact carbs to count.
Lighthouse Avocado- It's avocado blended with jalapenos that is a dip like consistency. It kicks ass on pretty much anything you want to put it on. 15g fat per 2 tablespoons.
